An "event day" is each calendar day your event spans, inclusive of the first and last day.

A weekend away

Running something bigger than 300 attendees?
+£5 per event day, for every additional 100 attendees
For example: A 600-attendee weekend away
Friday – Sunday, 3 days
£17.50 + (3 × £5) = £32.50 per day
£32.50 × 3 days = £97.50
The £17.50 base rate already includes the 50% discount for sign-ups before 31 October 2026; the £5 per-100-attendee rate above 300 is unaffected. For events over 1,500 attendees, multiple venues, or bespoke requirements, we'll work out a custom quote with you.

How much does GatherPoint.church cost?
Pricing is per event day: £35 per event day for up to 300 attendees. For sign-ups before 31 October 2026 there is 50% off, which makes it £17.50 per event day. There are no subscriptions and no per-attendee fees.
Is rota management included in the price?
Yes. Rota management is fully included in the per-event-day price, with no extra charge and no add-on fees.
What counts as an event day?
Each calendar day your event spans, including the first and last day. A Friday to Sunday weekend away is 3 event days.
What if we have more than 300 attendees?
It is an extra £5 per event day for every additional 100 attendees. For events over 1,500 attendees, multiple venues or bespoke requirements, we will agree a custom quote with you.
Do attendees need to download an app or create an account?
No. Attendees open a link, enter an event code and they are straight in. There is nothing to download and no account to create.
Can you set it up for us?
Yes. We are offering complimentary initial setup of your programme and information for sign-ups before the end of 2026. Get in touch and we will arrange it.
What happens if the venue has poor signal?
Certain event information is stored on attendees' devices once it has loaded, so it can still be viewed if the connection drops. We still recommend downloading or printing key schedules as a backup, as updates can only reach a device when it is connected.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes. Open the live attendee demo on your phone to see the real attendee experience, and get in touch if you would like a demo of the organiser screen.
Do you collect personal data about attendees?
No attendee accounts are needed and attendees stay anonymous. The only personal information stored for attendees is a first and last name for anyone given a rota assignment. See the privacy policy for full details.
