An "event day" is each calendar day your event spans, inclusive of the first and last day.
For up to 300 attendees.
A weekend away
Friday – Sunday
3 days = £105 £52.50
A single day event
e.g. a Saturday conference
1 day = £35 £17.50
A week-long conference
Monday – Friday
5 days = £175 £87.50

Running something bigger than 300 attendees?
+£5 per event day, for every additional 100 attendees
For example: A 600-attendee weekend away
Friday – Sunday, 3 days
£17.50 + (3 × £5) = £32.50 per day
£32.50 × 3 days = £97.50
The £17.50 base rate already includes the 50% discount for sign-ups before 31 October 2026; the £5 per-100-attendee rate above 300 is unaffected. For events over 1,500 attendees, multiple venues, or bespoke requirements, we'll work out a custom quote with you.
